Acceptance of Terms

1. By accessing or using the website www.victoriouswithoutlimits.com or engaging the services of Victorious Without Limits Consultancy ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

 

2. Services

Victorious Without Limits Consultancy provides consulting services as described on our website. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

 

3. Engagement and Payments

All service fees are outlined during the client onboarding process and must be agreed upon prior to commencement of services.Payment is due as specified in your service agreement or invoice. We accept payments through secure third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge applicable fees.All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

 

4. Refund Policy

All refund requests must be submitted in writing prior to the program start date. Refunds are issued according to the following schedule:

 

Time of Written Request Refund Amount

  • 15 to 30 days before program start date, 100% (full refund)

  • 3 to 14 days before program start date, 75% refund

 

Requests Within 72 Hours

If a refund is requested fewer than 72 hours before the program start date, no refund will be issued. However, the amount paid may be applied toward a future session.

 

Refund Method

All refunds will be returned using the original payment method (e.g., credit card, debit card, etc.).

 

5. Code of Conduct / Community Agreements

Victorious Without Limits Consultancy is a safe space for women to heal, grow, and build community. Every participant plays an important role in protecting and honoring that space for one another.

 

Enrollment & Attendance

Sessions are open to enrolled participants only. Guests, children, and infants are not permitted, as their presence may limit the comfort and openness of the group. Please arrive on time and plan to remain for the full duration of each session. Consistent attendance supports your own growth and honors the community you are building with your cohort. We kindly ask that all members arrive fully present and free from distractions. Please silence mobile devices and minimize interruptions so that everyone can engage completely and benefit from the experience.

 

Respect & Inclusion

All women are welcome regardless of background, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or personal beliefs. We celebrate our differences and recognize that every woman’s journey is unique and valid. Treat every participant with dignity, kindness, and compassion. Dismissive language, judgment, or unsolicited advice will not be tolerated. We ask that all members approach each session with an open heart and a willingness to listen without interrupting. Every woman deserves to be heard. Disagreements or differing perspectives may arise. We ask that all members engage in respectful dialogue and allow facilitators to guide any difficult conversations.

Confidentiality

What is shared in the group stays in the group. Personal information, life experiences, and disclosures shared by any participant must not be discussed, repeated, or shared outside of the session, in any form, including social media, text messages, or casual conversation. We will not judge a woman’s lived experience. Every story shared is a gift of trust to the group, and it will be treated as such. Victorious Without Limits staff will not identify, discuss, or disclose the personal experiences or disclosures of any individual participant to third parties, except as required by law, including situations where there may be a risk of harm to yourself or others. Participants are equally responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their fellow cohort members. By enrolling, you agree to uphold this commitment.

 

Emotional Safety & Boundaries

It is natural for deep emotions to arise during sessions. You are always welcome to take a moment for yourself as needed. Our facilitators are here to support you. You are never required to share more than you are comfortable with. Participation at your own pace is always respected. If any participant feels unsafe, disrespected, or that a boundary has been crossed, we encourage you to bring this to the attention of a facilitator immediately. All concerns will be addressed with care and confidentiality.

 

Conduct That May Result in Removal

To protect the safety and integrity of the group, Victorious Without Limits Consultancy reserves the right to remove a participant, without refund, if any of the following occur:

  • Harassment, intimidation, or disrespectful behavior toward any participant or facilitator

  • Deliberate breach of confidentiality

  • Disruptive behavior that prevents others from participating fully

  • Any conduct that endangers the physical or emotional safety of the group

By enrolling in the program, each participant agrees to honor these Community Agreements and to contribute to a space where every woman feels safe, seen, and supported.

 

6. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to deliver services

  • Cooperate in good faith and engage actively in the service process

  • Ensure timely payment of all fees

  • Use our services only for lawful purposes

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and materials, is the property of Victorious Without Limits Consultancy and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. Any materials, frameworks, or methodologies shared with you as part of a service engagement are provided for your personal or business use only and may not be reproduced, resold or redistributed.

 

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. VICTORIOUS WITHOUT LIMITS CONSULTANCY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR RESULTS OR OUTCOMES.

Consulting advice is provided as professional guidance based on the information available. Results may vary based on individual circumstances, effort, and external factors beyond our control.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VICTORIOUS WITHOUT LIMITS CONSULTANCY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES OR WEBSITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

 

10. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of information shared during our engagement. We will not disclose your confidential business information to third parties except as required by law or with your consent. You agree to keep confidential any proprietary methods, tools, or frameworks we share with you. Victorious Without Limits staff are committed to protecting the privacy of all group and individual conversations. What is shared within our women’s empowerment sessions and personal coaching engagements remains strictly confidential. Information disclosed by participants in a group setting will not be shared outside of that group by our staff, and we ask that all participants extend the same respect to one another. We will not identify, discuss, or disclose the personal experiences, challenges, or disclosures of any individual participant to third parties, except as required by law — including situations where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

 

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice as specified in the applicable service agreement. In the event of termination:

  • You remain responsible for payment of services rendered up to the date of termination

  • No refunds will be issued for services already rendered per our Refund Policy

  • Both parties shall return or destroy confidential information upon request

  • 12. Governing LawThese Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, in which our business is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in that state.13. Dispute ResolutionIn the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or our services, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached informally within 30 days, the parties agree to seek mediation before pursuing legal action.14. Changes to TermsWe reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.15. Entire AgreementThese Terms and Conditions, together with any applicable service agreement or engagement letter, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.16.
